10:45 – 12:15 – Project Pitches: plenary presentations, max. 5 minute each
12:15 – 13:30 – Round Tables – discussions about projects proposals and getting to know each other BEFORE splitting into teams.
Lets check if some teams could combine forces. We see 3 general categories of project proposals:
- Open Data, eg.: Warsaw Public Data, Civic Data Mining by Watchdog, IQMel, ePodręcznik, Chrunch the News;
- Elections, eg.: Mapping Election (Jumpstart GE), Votemapper (Russian), Bosnian Election Data Portal, We Decide;
- Transparency, eg.: Digital anti-corruption platform, Parliamentary Monitoring (Kohovolit for CEE), Tribunal (Romanian), Transparent Kraków.
13:30 – 14:30 – Lunch & informal group division
14:30 – 18:00 – Group work + thematic mini-workshops as side events
Possible topics: datascraping/ cryptoparty/ visualisations/ investigative tools/ graphic libraries/ social media/ legal issues/ foia apps
